Well it has been a long time since my last post! Lots going on and I was literally just not in a blogging mind frame. In fact, I was more or less in a rut! Between running injuries, a surgery, and an unrelenting 6 pounds that keeps coming back, I was just not feeling too ‘bloggy’…well now, I need to be accountable, set some goals, and enjoy cooking up a healthy lifestyle again!
To start, I will be adding a new recipe tomorrow, a new workout review on Friday and I will be setting my weekly goals on Sunday….
